Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Popstar AI. By browsing the site, signing in, buying credits or rendering an entrance MV, you accept them.

Terms at a Glance

  • Every generation is paid for with studio credits: a render costs 45 credits at 480P, 90 at 720P and 180 at 1080P per entrance MV. Packs are one-time purchases and credits never expire.
  • Unspent credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Renders that fail on our side are not charged.
  • Do not upload photos of real people without their permission, and never create deepfakes, misleading or non-consensual content.
  • The render output is yours to use, including commercially, as long as the photos you uploaded were yours to use.
  • Popstar AI is an independent, fan-made tool for entertainment and authorized use only, with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from any artist, label or rights holder.
